So I ended up paying almost $20 just to use one disc. IHO Will try the reboot thing, but doesn't it seem kinda silly and non-productive to reboot your computer everytime you want to burn a project?! You have something seriously out of whack.That's where the problem is, and the suggestion about changing the quality setting for the encoding will help a lot in this particular instance.You do I will try all of your suggestions. Advanced -> Delete Encoded Assets (forget the warnings that come with it - just delete them!).
No warnings on the way. I've often had errors from iDVD, but not had the chance to try the above yet. I don't know, obviously, but I'm not sure that is the problem I'm having.
