I also ran another "HD Tune Test" and it showed no errors. Then I did a chkdsk on my RAID array and everything is fine. Boot issues with older BIOS revisions have been reported.

Anyway: I installed the Intel Matrix Storage Manager which IS compatible with my hardware (even though my hardware was very old - from 2004). Ssd Error Occurred(0) I really want to try this as a Quicktime fix since I have RAID 0. There should be some other sockets someplace else.

Are you getting a blank screen with a flashing cursor?
