I can only guess this is because the card that does not work is a category 6.. It seems that USB driver did not work properly and partition table was damaged. When it showed up working all I could do is laugh. Rebooting does not solve the problem. Check This Out This will help identify if the error is with the drive, IDE channel, or media (disk) itself.
