On the IBM 600 model the start up will continue to say the errors 161 163 in till you set the correct time and date. I have gone through the systems check several times and it keeps telling me the same thing. can u fell air coming out of the side? According to manual I should check the CMOS backup battery and I found out that CMOS backup battery was bad, when I measured the voltage it showed 0 V.
