URL A redirects to URL B which in turn redirects back to URL A. Open an IP socket connection to that IP address. Have you tried to use the IIS Manager for this "Please advice how can I see the image" at localhost ? No more 302 redirects to your custom error pages. weblink

- Take a look at the IIS.NET documentation on httpErrors for the existingResponse flag http://www.iis.net/ConfigReference/system.webServer/httpErrors As for ASP.NET, a 302 redirect on error is default behavior, which is what you see.
