  3. I was going to try and follow instructions from Grinler from his post "how to fix windows media player error" (reregister the jscript.dll and vbscript.dll files).

  5. I'm not sure if this could have caused the problem or not but none of the solutions have worked yet and only way to unlock my desktop is to reboot.
  6. I've tried pretty much everything I can find for solutions to this and nothing is working.
