I am looking at the words "Outlook Today - Microsoft Outlook (Trial)" in the header. there is absolutely no justification for MS Exchange. I have already deleted ActiveSync and checked for stray registry entries (there were none) and I will check for stray entries once Outlook has been removed and the reboot is complete
