The proposed solution (elsewhere) about registering vbscript.dll does not work for me. I found some hints to register VBScript.DLL ( regsvr32 VBScript.DLL in system32 with admin privileges) but this doesn't help. Type cd C:\Windows\System32 and then press Enter.
