Thanks in advance. I was using my laptop over the last few days an dI had no problems in fact I have never had a problem with my laptop.. google toolbar !!! I also installed the latest updates from MS.
I don't know how this happened but under Windows Search Properties>Recovery>"Restart service after:" somehow was changed from 0 to 1. Check first if IE works after this if not then try what I did.
